Life101 Private Member Agreement
Indemnity Agreement / Non-Disclosure / Non-Circumvent
Please READ each statement, then AUTOGRAPH below.
- I voluntarily enter this private member-to-member relationship to support self-governance and education for a higher quality of life. By joining this PMA, I affirm my status as a private Member, distinct from any public designation such as citizen, resident, client, or legal person.
- I acknowledge that this PMA exists solely in the private domain, governed by its own laws (Appendix A). I affirm my private standing and waive all claims to or participation in any man-made jurisdiction whatsoever.
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life101, its members, representatives, and collaborators from all losses, liabilities, claims, disputes, and expenses arising from my actions or those of my agents, advisors, or third parties I authorize. This applies whether such actions are deliberate or accidental. I recognize that Life101 does not provide licensed professional advice, and all actions I take are at my own discretion and risk.
- I acknowledge that these indemnifications are in addition to, and do not limit, any other rights Life101 may hold under other agreements with me.
- I agree that all Life101 activities are private contractual matters between members and are not subject to legal codes, statutes, titles, or regulations of any municipal, provincial, federal, or corporate authority. I waive all rights to bring or participate in any legal action against Life101 under public jurisdiction.
- I agree to keep all Life101 materials and documents private, confidential, and for my personal use only. I will not share, duplicate, or distribute them in any form to anyone, including but not limited to family, friends, public agents, or digital platforms. I recognize this protects both myself and other members. I agree to autograph the Default Judgment & Liquidated Damages Agreement (Appendix B) outlining a $50,000CDN fee for damages in the event of a breach. This Agreement will be binding in the public jurisdiction.
- I acknowledge and accept that breaching confidentiality, copyright, or intellectual property agreements will make me liable for fees and penalties outlined in the Life101 Fee Schedule.
- I agree to conduct myself with integrity and honour, I and take full responsibility for my actions. My choices are made freely and without coercion. Life101 is a realm of respect and mutual support and maintains zero tolerance for abuse of any kind.
- I commit to continually learning and living in honour and in equity. I affirm that living in a Trust does not grant me the right to act unlawfully.
- I acknowledge that any purchase or donation made with Life101 for any service is non-refundable, and is made voluntarily and in honour.

Appendix A
Laws of Life101 PMA
- The Ten Commandments and Natural Law -
1. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me. Natural Law: Align with truth and the source of life. Place divine authority above man-made systems. Align with truth over control.
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. Natural Law: Do not elevate the false above the real. Do not give your power to illusions, governments, celebrities, or materialism.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. Natural Law: Respect the power of word and intent. Honour the sacred. Speak with integrity. Words have vibration. Do not use divine energy carelessly.
4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Natural Law: Balance action with rest and reflection. Take time for spiritual restoration, alignment, and honouring divine order.
5. Honor thy father and thy mother. Natural Law: Respect origins and uphold family order. Respect roots and lawful structure. Rebellion without wisdom leads to collapse.
6. Thou shalt not kill. Natural Law: Do not unjustly harm or destroy life. Do no harm. Life is sacred. You are not the author of another’s timeline.
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery. Natural Law: Honour commitment. Keep your word and covenants. Truth builds trust, betrayal breaks spiritual bonds.
8. Thou shalt not steal. Natural Law: Respect ownership and boundaries. Taking from others violates trust and disrupts natural balance.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Natural Law: Honour truth and justice. Deception corrupts justice. Truth aligns with Divine order.
10. Thou shalt not covet. Natural Law: Be content and grateful. Envy disconnects you from purpose. Celebrate others while building your own.
Appendix B
Default Judgment & Liquidated Damages Clause
Life101 Private Members Association (PMA) Confidentiality and Proprietary Information Protection
This Appendix forms an integral part of the Private Members Association (PMA) Agreement.
1. Confidentiality All communications, records, materials, discussions, and proprietary information of the PMA are strictly confidential and remain the sole property of the PMA.
2. Non-Disclosure No member shall disclose, publish, share, or otherwise communicate any confidential or proprietary information to any outside party without prior written consent of the PMA.
3. Liquidated Damages Any breach of this obligation shall result in liquidated damages in the sum of Fifty Thousand Canadian Dollars ($50,000.00 CAD), agreed by the Member as fair and reasonable compensation for damages suffered by the PMA.
4. Default Judgment Consent The Member expressly consents that this Appendix may be presented before any court of competent jurisdiction in Canada as prior agreement to entry of default judgment in favour of the PMA for the amount of $50,000.00 CAD, plus any additional costs, interest, or enforcement fees permitted by law.
5. Acknowledgment By autographing below, the Member acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this clause as a binding condition of participation in the PMA.
